Elect Sarah Faulkner for Board of Selectmen

Sarah will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Board of Selectmen. Most recently, she has been serving for 8 years on the Board of Finance where she is currently Vice Chair. She has also served as Chair of the Conservation Commission, on the Board of Directors for the Canton Land Conservation Trust, and has been active in town plan updates and land use regulation. A resident of Canton for 40 years whose two children went through the Canton schools, she has a deep commitment to ensuring that our town government serves all our residents fairly and economically. Sarah is a veteran science teacher with graduate degrees in ecology and educational leadership. Prior to entering education, she worked in the computer industry and conservation. A passionate birder, hiker, and paddler, she values Canton’s natural resources and was instrumental in bringing about the creation of a public boat launch in Collinsville.
