Elect Kim Bowen for Board of Assessment Appeals

Kim has lived in Canton for over 35 years and is excited to serve on the Board of Assessment Appeals. A retired attorney, she practiced law in New York and later at The Hartford before retiring in 2013. Though this is her first time running for office, Kim has been an active member of the community, serving on and chairing the Canton Center Historic District Commission and working closely with local efforts to support refugee families. She brings a thoughtful, balanced perspective and a strong sense of fairness, and looks forward to helping ensure a respectful and transparent process for all residents.
